Quran Recitation Session Held in Gaza’s Khan Yunis Again

IQNA – The first gathering to recite the entire Holy Quran since 2023 was held Gaza’s southern city of Khan Yunis.

More than 200 reciters gathered to recite the entire Holy Book.

They attended the event to observe religious traditions in the holy month of Ramadan.

At the same time they demonstrated their resilience despite hardships caused by Israel’s genocidal war.  

The Israeli regime's aggression on the Gaza Strip that started on October 7, 2023, has killed more than 48,600 People, mostly women and children, and wounded over 100,000 others.

Even the war did not cause Gazans to leave the Quran as many found hope and resilience in the teachings of the Holy Quran within displacement camps.

In makeshift classrooms, volunteer teachers have lead lessons, offering people a sense of calm amid the turmoil.
